Returns & Refund Policy

Whilst we hope that you love your purchase, we understand that occasionally you may want to return an item.

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that large items such as nursery furniture, travel systems, prams, strollers are not eligible to be returned for free. Of course you can still return such items if you wish to do so at your own expense.

Please note that any nursery furniture, travel systems, strollers that have been assembled cannot be returned /unless faulty/.

We cannot accept a return on any personal hygiene items / unless faulty /.

To start a return please contact us at info@kidsmagicland.co.uk and make sure to include your name, order number, product description and reason for return.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with it.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

It is the customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care and ensure that the products are received in their original state, unused and undamaged. Please do not dispose of any of the original packaging.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

After processing the return, your refund will include the full price of the goods. The cost of the original standard delivery service will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of any refund for loss in value of the products where the products show signs of unreasonable use or damage.

This may include handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics

The refund will be paid back into the original payment method.

The refund will be completed within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

If the product you have purchased is faulty, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged in transit so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We request that all faulty products or damages are reported within 30 days of receipt.

Free return postage will be supplied for all items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
