Full priced items should be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Your return will be processed for refund provided it is in saleable condition, in its original packaging and has the tags attached.

We are sorry but we cannot accept returns of sealed items which have been opened.

We cannot accept flat packed furniture that has been assembled./ except for faulty items /
We cannot accept items with original packaging taped up with brown packaging tape or written upon.

Please note that all returns remain your responsibility until we have received the parcel back into the warehouse.
